I ruptured my kidney, leaving me in hospital for 2 weeks. I basically hit a jump, hit it a little to slow and started to pitch forward, for some reason I didnt bail, and I either flipped over the bars and landed on my back or the handlebar hit me in the kidney, but im not sure. It's almost been a year now and im all back to normal and still loving being on the bike.

Yer, getting a multi uni race/ride event going on would be gd, its just the logistics of travel and when to do it. Having said that, i was talking to one of the guys from rogate and they have a race series in the pipeline. Im thinking we could use their setup and all turn up and race, i could possibly see if they will do a student rate if enough people turn up, making it pretty cheap. We already race against soton as part of our varsity so im in contact with them and if u know some people in bournemouth that would be pretty helpful. send me a message and im sure we can sort something out when ur all recovered.
